From March 20th to 25th, we call on world leaders and institutions to recognize ecocide in international law in order to prosecute the most serious crimes against nature that are still not recognized.

If you are from a EU country click HERE (page to the European action week).

How can ecocide law become an international crime?

Ecocide law can be added as an amendment to the Rome Statute, the document of the international criminal court as one of the crimes against peace.  Currently there are four crimes against peace these are genocide, War Crimes, Crimes of Aggression and Crimes Against Humanity. To make Ecocide the fifth crime against peace, we need the support of eighty-two countries who are signatories to the Rome Statute.

Join us!

Together, we want to show that the recognition of ecocide is an increasingly popular and necessary demand to protect the future of life on Earth. Join the mobilisation and let’s put pressure on global leaders to recognize ecocide in International law!
